Julia Harenz is a German politician and member of the Landtag of Saarland, representing the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD). Born in 1994, she studied mathematics and sports for secondary education at Saarland University before working as a research assistant in empirical educational research. Harenz has been a member of the SPD since 2013 and previously served as the local head (Ortsvorsteherin) of Wallerfangen following the 2019 municipal elections. She was elected to the Saarland state parliament in 2022 via the Saarlouis constituency list.
