Julie Brixie

Julie Brixie is an American politician serving as a member of the Michigan House of Representatives. Born in Chicago, she earned a B.S. in physical geography from the University of Illinois and a master's degree in crop and soil sciences from Michigan State University. Before her legislative career, she operated a mobile laboratory focused on environmental cleanup and served for eighteen years on the Meridian Township board. First elected to the state house in 2018, she has focused on policy areas including appropriations, tax policy, and administrative rules.
