Julie Minns

Julie Minns is a British politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Carlisle since 2024, becoming the first woman to represent the constituency. Before her election, she held roles as a councillor for Lambeth London Borough Council and worked extensively in corporate communications, including positions at Three UK and UK Power Networks. Minns has been an advocate for disability rights and local heritage, notably founding the campaign to restore the Carlisle Turkish Baths.
