Julio A. Concepcion is an American politician serving as a member of the Connecticut House of Representatives for the 4th district since 2018. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in East Hartford, he holds a degree in political science from the University of Connecticut. Before his election to the state legislature, he served on the Hartford City Council as Majority Leader and worked as an executive for the Hartford Chamber of Commerce. In the legislature, he chairs the Executive and Legislative Nominations Committee and serves on the Finance, Revenue and Bonding, and Transportation Committees.
