Kadem Mete is a Turkish politician and businessman currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey representing Muğla. Born in 1967 in İyidere, Rize, he graduated from Erciyes University with a degree in Tourism Management and Hotel Administration. Before entering national politics, he had a successful career in the tourism and hotel management sector. Mete joined the Justice and Development Party (AK Party) in 2002, serving in various local leadership roles in Marmaris and as the party's Muğla Provincial President from 2016 to 2023. He is a member of the Environment Commission in the Turkish Parliament.
