Kai Dolgner is a German politician and chemist who has served as a member of the Landtag of Schleswig-Holstein since 2009. A member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD), he currently holds the positions of Parliamentary Secretary of his parliamentary group and Chairman of the Parliamentary Control Committee. Before entering state politics, he worked as a research associate and head of the Center for Material Analytics at the University of Kiel, where he also earned his doctorate in chemistry. Dolgner previously served as a district councilor in Rendsburg-Eckernförde for over two decades.
