Kambhampati Hari Babu is an Indian politician currently serving as the 28th Governor of Odisha since 2025. A former academic and associate professor at Andhra University, he transitioned into politics, eventually serving as a Member of Parliament for the Visakhapatnam Lok Sabha constituency from 2014 to 2019. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles within the Bharatiya Janata Party, including President of the Andhra Pradesh state unit. He previously served as the Governor of Mizoram from 2021 to 2024.
