Kaoutar Krikou is an Algerian politician and jurist currently serving as the Minister of the Environment and Living Environment. Born in Constantine in 1982, she holds a Master's degree in business law and is a qualified lawyer who has practiced before the Supreme Court and the Council of State. Throughout her political career, she has held several ministerial positions, including Minister of National Solidarity, Family and the Status of Women, and Minister of Relations with Parliament. She has also served as the interim Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security.
