Kapil Dev Aggarwal is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the 18th Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he has represented the Muzaffarnagar constituency since 2016. In addition to his legislative duties, he serves as a Minister of State (independent charge) in the Yogi Adityanath-led government, holding the portfolio for Skill Development and Vocational Education. Prior to his tenure in the state assembly, he served as the chairman of the Muzaffarnagar Nagar Palika.
