Karen Brownlee

Karen Brownlee is an American social worker and politician serving as a Democratic member of the Ohio House of Representatives for the 28th district since 2025. Before her election to the state legislature, she worked as a mental health therapist and clinical trainer. Brownlee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature from the University of Michigan and a Master of Social Work from Northern Kentucky University. She currently serves on the Children and Human Services, Community Revitalization, and Health committees.
