Karen McCrimmon is a Canadian politician and retired lieutenant-colonel in the Canadian Armed Forces. She currently serves as a Member of Provincial Parliament for Kanata—Carleton, having been elected in a 2023 by-election. A trailblazing military officer, she was the first woman to command a Canadian Forces flying squadron. Before her provincial role, she served as the federal Member of Parliament for Kanata—Carleton from 2015 to 2021 and previously worked as a consultant and mediator.
