Karim Bachar

Karim Bachar is a Belgian politician and former professional futsal player who currently serves as a Member of the Flemish Parliament. Born in Antwerp to Moroccan parents, he enjoyed a distinguished athletic career, playing for the Belgian national futsal team in over 100 matches and later serving as its head coach. Transitioning into politics, he has focused on urban issues and social integration within the Antwerp region. He represents the Vooruit party and continues to advocate for community development and sports policy in his legislative role.
