伊藤 勝正

Katsumasa Ito is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly representing Akashi. First elected in 2011, he is currently serving his fourth term. A graduate of Kansai University, he previously worked for Mitsubishi Electric Building Solutions. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles within the Komeito prefectural assembly group, including policy research council chair and secretary-general. His legislative focus includes disaster prevention, infrastructure safety, educational support, and environmental conservation in the Seto Inland Sea.
