Elizabeth Kay Andrews, Baroness Andrews is a British Labour politician and life peer who has served in the House of Lords since 2000. Before her parliamentary career, she worked as a senior researcher in the House of Commons Library and as a policy adviser to Neil Kinnock. She held several government roles, including Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Communities and Local Government, and later served as the first female Chair of English Heritage from 2009 to 2013. She is an Officer of the Order of the British Empire and a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London.
