Kazimierz Adam Wiatr is a Polish politician, scientist, and professor of technical sciences at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. Since 2005, he has served as a member of the Senate of Poland, representing the Tarnów constituency. A prominent academic in the fields of computer science and electronics, he previously directed the Cyfronet AGH Academic Computer Center. Beyond his parliamentary and scientific career, Wiatr has been deeply involved in the Polish scouting movement, having served as the chairman of the Scouting Association of the Polish Republic.
