中村和彦

Kazuhiko Nakamura is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Moka City in Tochigi Prefecture. Born in Shimodate City (now Chikusei City) and raised in Moka, he graduated from Meiji University and later completed his studies at the Meiji University Graduate School of Governance Studies. Before his election as mayor in 2025, he worked at a local cable television station and served six terms as a member of the Moka City Council, where he held positions as both vice-chair and chair. As mayor, he has prioritized initiatives such as child-rearing support.
