Kazushige Kami is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Mima in Tokushima Prefecture. Born in 1958 in Anabuki, he graduated from Senshu University before working for a wholesale company. He began his career in local government in 1983 at the Anabuki Town Office and later held key positions in the Mima municipal government, including Director of the Finance Division and Policy Supervisor, eventually serving as Deputy Mayor. In 2022, he was elected as Mayor of Mima, running on a platform that emphasized the continuation of the previous administration's policies.
