白井かずや

Kazuya Shirai is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly representing Sanda City. A graduate of Kobe Gakuin University, he previously served as the 46th Board Chairman of the Sanda Junior Chamber and as Vice Chairman of the Sanda City Council. His political platform focuses on regional revitalization, enhancing medical infrastructure such as the Sanda City Hospital, and promoting flexible land use in urbanization control areas to stimulate local employment and economic growth.
