Keith Harris

Profile

Keith Sea Harris is an American politician who served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 195th district from 2024 to 2026. Before his election to the state legislature, he held roles as the 28th Ward leader for the Philadelphia Democratic Party and served as sergeant of arms for the Philadelphia City Council. Harris earned a teaching certificate from Philadelphia Community College in 1982 and worked with the Philadelphia Anti-Graffiti Network. His tenure in the House concluded after he was defeated in the 2026 Democratic primary election by Sierra McNeil, a loss attributed in part to his controversial support for certain Republican-led legislative proposals.
