Ken Ivory

Ken Ivory is an American politician serving as a member of the Utah House of Representatives for the 39th district. First elected in 2010, he has been a prominent advocate for states' rights, specifically regarding the transfer of federal lands to state control, and served as president of the American Lands Council. In addition to his legislative work, Ivory has sponsored significant state legislation, including the 2022 bill regarding sensitive materials in public school libraries. He briefly left the legislature in 2019 to work in the private sector before returning to his seat in 2021.
