Ken Upchurch is an American politician serving as a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives for the 52nd district. First elected in 1998, he served until 2010 before returning to the House in 2013. Throughout his tenure, he has held various leadership roles, including minority whip and chair of the budget review subcommittee on transportation. Outside of his legislative duties, he works as an insurance agent and previously owned a community newspaper. He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University.
