Kenrick Winchester is an Australian politician currently serving as the Mayor of the Queanbeyan–Palerang Regional Council in New South Wales. A lifelong resident of the region, he was first elected to the Queanbeyan City Council in 2012 and transitioned to the regional council following its establishment in 2017. Although he was initially elected as an independent, he is a member of the Australian Labor Party. Throughout his tenure, Winchester has focused on core local government functions, including infrastructure maintenance and fiscal responsibility, advocating for forensic audits of council operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
