Kevin Blackwell

Kevin Blackwell is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Mississippi State Senate. Since January 2016, he has represented District 19, which encompasses parts of DeSoto and Marshall counties in northern Mississippi. A resident of Southaven, Blackwell has previously lived in Olive Branch, Mississippi, and Little Rock, Arkansas. He continues to serve his constituents in the Mississippi legislature, focusing on regional policy and state governance.
