Kevin Hensley

Kevin S. Hensley is an American politician serving as a member of the Delaware House of Representatives for the 9th district, a position he has held since 2014. As a member of the Republican Party, he has represented his constituents in the state legislature for over a decade. In April 2025, Hensley made headlines after pleading guilty to charges of vehicular assault and driving under the influence following an incident that resulted in injuries to another driver. Consequently, he was removed from his position on the state budget committee.
