Kevin Raper is an American politician serving as a member of the Tennessee House of Representatives for District 24, which includes parts of Bradley County. A retired educator, Raper previously served on the Bradley County Commission, where he was involved in local infrastructure and tax policy decisions. In the state legislature, he has taken conservative stances on social issues, including opposition to abortion and critical race theory, and notably voted against Governor Bill Lee's universal school voucher program in 2025. Raper is a Baptist and a member of the Sons of the American Revolution.
