Khim Lal Devkota is a Nepali politician, legal scholar, and Senior Advocate. Educated at Tribhuvan University with degrees in law, political science, and sociology, he has played a significant role in Nepal's constitutional development, serving on the Interim Constitution Drafting Committee and as a member of the Constituent Assembly. Throughout his career, he has been affiliated with several political parties, including the Naya Shakti Party and the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Centre). In addition to his political work, he is a practicing lawyer at the Supreme Court of Nepal and a professor at the Institute of Crisis Management Studies, having authored multiple books on law and constitutional affairs.
