Khushal Khan Kakar is a Pakistani politician and the founder of the Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party (PKNAP). He established the party in December 2022 as a faction of the Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party. Following the 2024 general election, Kakar successfully challenged the results for the NA-251 constituency in the Supreme Court of Pakistan. In February 2026, the court declared him the returned candidate, and he subsequently assumed his seat as a Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan.
