Born Francisco Daniel Celeguim de Morais, he began his political career as the youngest councilor in the history of Franco da Rocha in 2004. He later served two terms as the mayor of Franco da Rocha from 2013 to 2020, where he focused on urban development and the establishment of local educational facilities. A member of the Workers' Party, he is recognized for his significant electoral support in the region.
