Kiko Pangilinan

Francis Pancratius "Kiko" Pangilinan is a Filipino politician, lawyer, and farmer serving as a senator of the Philippines since 2025, having previously held the office from 2001 to 2013 and from 2016 to 2022. A graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Law and the Harvard Kennedy School, he began his political career as the youngest elected member of the Quezon City Council. Throughout his legislative career, Pangilinan has championed agriculture, food security, and youth welfare, authoring landmark legislation such as the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act and the Sagip Saka Act. He also served as the president of the Liberal Party and as Presidential Assistant for Food Security and Agricultural Modernization under President Benigno Aquino III, later running for vice president in 2022 before returning to the Senate.
