Born in 1993 and raised in St. Louis, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in public health science with a minor in chemistry from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. Prior to her election to the state legislature in 2020, Collins worked for several community-focused organizations, including PotBangerz, RedBike, and City Hope STL. She assumed office on January 6, 2021, and continues to represent her constituents in the Missouri House.
