Kinichiro Hobo is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Tochigi Prefectural Assembly, representing the Tochigi City constituency. He is currently in his fifth term of office. Within the assembly, he is affiliated with the Kenmin Club and serves on the Agriculture, Forestry and Environment Committee, the Budget Special Committee, and the Assembly Review Committee.
