Klara Andric is an Australian politician serving as a member of the Western Australian Legislative Council for the South Metropolitan region. Born in Serbia, she emigrated to Australia in 1986 and later became the first Serbian-born person elected to the Parliament of Western Australia. Before her election in 2021, she worked in retail and held various roles within the labor movement, including positions with the United Workers Union and as a director for the Labor Business Roundtable. A member of the Labor Left faction, Andric is a vocal advocate for multiculturalism, gender equality, and social justice, focusing on inclusive policies for migrant and working-class communities.
