Masaaki Koike is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives for Chiba's 10th district. Born in Narita, Chiba, he began his political career as a member of the Narita City Council, where he served as the 34th Chairman. He subsequently served four terms in the Chiba Prefectural Assembly before being elected to the national Diet in 2024. Throughout his career, Koike has focused on regional development and addressing economic disparities in areas surrounding Narita International Airport. He was re-elected to his seat in the House of Representatives in 2026.
