Koji Akita is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Kyoto Prefectural Assembly, representing the Minami-ku district of Kyoto City. He has been elected to the assembly five times. Throughout his tenure, he has been actively involved in the Crisis Management and Health and Welfare Standing Committee, as well as the Special Committee on Enhancing Child-rearing Environments. He is affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party's prefectural assembly caucus.
