内山航

Ko Uchiyama is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives for Niigata's 1st district. Born in 1981 in Niigata City, he graduated from Niigata University before working in the private sector. He began his political career as a secretary to a member of the House of Councillors and later served three terms as a member of the Niigata City Council. After several years of local legislative service, he was elected to the national Diet in February 2026 as a candidate for the Liberal Democratic Party, defeating the incumbent representative.
