Krishna Khopde

Krishna Khopde is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, representing the Nagpur East constituency. A long-time member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), he began his political career in the early 1990s as a municipal corporator in Nagpur, where he served for five consecutive terms and held the position of Deputy Mayor. Known for his grassroots influence in Nagpur, Khopde has held various leadership roles within the BJP, including serving as the president of the party's Nagpur city unit.
