Krishna Kumar Mantoo is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly for the Amnour constituency. Born in 1977 into a farming family in the Saran district, he began his career as a student leader and later served as the Mukhiya of Banauta village. He was first elected to the Bihar Legislative Assembly in 2010 as a member of the Janata Dal (United) and later joined the Bharatiya Janata Party, winning his second term in 2020. Beyond his legislative duties, he is the president of the Patel Chhatrawas Nirman Trust, which focuses on building student hostels for economically and socially backward classes in Bihar.
