Kristin Phillips-Hill

Kristin Phillips-Hill is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Pennsylvania State Senate, representing the 28th Senate district. She assumed office in 2019 after previously serving in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 93rd district from 2015 to 2019. Before her tenure in state government, she was a member of the Dallastown Area School Board. For the 2025-2026 legislative session, she serves as the Majority Caucus Chair and holds positions on several committees, including Communications & Technology, Appropriations, and Banking & Insurance.
