Kristján Þórður Snæbjarnarson is an Icelandic politician and trade unionist who has served as a member of the Althing for the Reykjavík South constituency since November 2024. Before entering parliament, he held significant leadership roles in the Icelandic labor movement, including serving as chairman of the Electrical Industry Association of Iceland (RSÍ) starting in 2011 and as vice-president of the Icelandic Confederation of Labour (ASI). He previously worked as an electronic technician at the ISAL smelter in Straumsvík.
