
Kuah Boon Theng

Kuah Boon Theng is a Singaporean medical lawyer and Nominated Member of Parliament. She earned her law degree from the National University of Singapore and a master's degree in medical ethics and law from King's College London. Admitted to the bar in 1991, she has specialized in healthcare law throughout her career and was appointed as a Senior Counsel of Singapore in 2018. In 2003, she co-founded the Legal Clinic LLC. She has served as a vice president for the Law Society of Singapore and co-chaired a workgroup that reformed medical disciplinary processes and informed consent standards in Singapore.
