Kuah Boon Theng is a Singaporean medical lawyer and Nominated Member of Parliament. A Senior Counsel since 2018, she has built a distinguished career specializing in healthcare law and medical ethics. She co-founded the Legal Clinic LLC in 2003 and has served in leadership roles within the Law Society of Singapore. Notably, she co-chaired a workgroup that reformed disciplinary processes and informed consent standards for the Singapore Medical Council, with her recommendations being incorporated into the Civil Law Act in 2020.
