草間剛

Tsuyoshi Kusama is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives for the Kanagawa 19th district. Born in Yokohama, he holds degrees from Aoyama Gakuin University and Waseda University. Before his election to the national Diet, he served three terms as a member of the Yokohama City Council, where he focused on local governance and policy development. Kusama has held various academic and advisory roles, including positions at the University of Tokyo and Tama University. He is known for his active involvement in policy areas such as hydrogen energy, sports promotion, and international friendship leagues.
