Kusum Devi Thapa is a Nepalese politician and a member of the 2nd Federal Parliament of Nepal. She was elected to the House of Representatives in the 2022 Nepalese general election as a proportional representative representing the indigenous people category. In addition to her parliamentary duties, she has served as the Chairperson of the Agriculture, Cooperatives and Natural Resources Committee of the House of Representatives since July 31, 2024. She is a member of the Nepali Congress party.
