A graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies, she previously served as a regional councillor for Nouvelle-Aquitaine. During her tenure as mayor, she focused on environmental policies, educational reform, and the adaptation of urban infrastructure to climate change. After being defeated in the 2026 municipal elections, she transitioned into the municipal opposition.
