Le Van Kham is a Vietnamese politician and physician currently serving as a Standing Member of the Social Affairs Committee of the National Assembly. Born in 1969 in Bac Ninh, he holds a doctorate in Anthropology and a master's degree in Social Medicine. Before his election to the 15th National Assembly representing Binh Duong province, he spent over two decades at the Ministry of Health, notably serving as the Director of the Health Insurance Department. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Vietnam-Mongolia Friendship Parliamentarians Group.
