Lëvizja Shqipëria Bëhet

Adriatik Lapaj is an Albanian lawyer, activist, and the founder of the political party Albania Becomes Movement (Lëvizja Shqipëria Bëhet). Established in 2023, the party emerged from a civic movement dedicated to promoting democracy, the rule of law, and institutional transparency in Albania. Lapaj is a prominent advocate for electoral reform, including the implementation of open candidate lists, the introduction of a referendum law to foster direct democracy, and the depoliticization of public administration. Through his leadership, he has engaged in nationwide consultations and outreach to the Albanian diaspora to build a new political alternative focused on civic engagement and anti-corruption measures.
