Laia Moliné Cintas

Laia Moliné Cintas is an Andorran politician and diplomat currently serving as a member of the General Council of Andorra. She assumed office in October 2025, representing the Social Democratic Party (PS) after succeeding Judith Casal Álvarez. Prior to her parliamentary career, she worked as a third secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, specializing in bilateral and consular affairs, and held roles in journalism and commercial banking. Moliné Cintas holds a degree in Political Science and Administration from the University of Barcelona and a master's degree in European Union studies from the UNED. She is recognized for her expertise in European Union policy and currently serves on several legislative committees, including those focused on foreign policy, territorial planning, and health.
