Laila Goodridge is a Canadian politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Fort McMurray—Cold Lake since 2021. Before her federal career, she served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta for Fort McMurray-Lac La Biche and Fort McMurray-Conklin. A member of the Conservative Party, she has held shadow cabinet roles, including critic for families, children and social development, and critic for addictions. Goodridge is a graduate of the University of Alberta's Campus Saint-Jean and has a background in political advising and community work within Alberta's oil sands sector.
