Laura Gerber is an Australian politician who has served as the Member for Currumbin in the Queensland Legislative Assembly since 2020. Born in 1984, she grew up in the suburb of Terranora before pursuing a career in law. Prior to entering politics, she worked as a Commonwealth prosecutor and spent time at the Redfern Legal Centre. She was elected to the Queensland Parliament following a by-election in March 2020, representing the Liberal National Party.
