Lee Jang-seop is a South Korean politician and former civic activist currently serving as a member of the 21st National Assembly representing Cheongju-si Seowon-gu. He began his career in the pro-democracy movement before becoming a long-time aide to politician Noh Young-min. Lee has held various significant roles, including serving as a senior administrative officer in the Presidential Secretariat under the Moon Jae-in administration and as the Vice Governor for Political Affairs of North Chungcheong Province. He is affiliated with the Democratic Party of Korea and focuses on industrial and small-to-medium enterprise policy.
