Leendert de Lange

Leendert de Lange is a Dutch politician who has served as the Mayor of Wassenaar since July 2019. A member of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD), he previously served as a member of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands from 2015 to 2017 and again from 2017 to 2019, where he focused on healthcare policy. Earlier in his career, he held positions as an alderman in Noordwijk and Wassenaar, and worked in public administration and communications. He is also active in the Reddingsbrigade Nederland.
